When will I be able to order?

We are just getting our business ready to launch and will be offering a pre order shortly with stock expected to be shipped early August.

 

How long does delivery take?

Once items are in stock we will use Royal Mail tracked 48 on all of our orders.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is currently charged at £4 for all orders regardless of how many items are purchased.

 

Can I return my item if I am unhappy with it?

Please refer to our returns policy.

 

Can any items be personalised?

We do not yet offer any personalisation options but this is something we may introduce in the future.

 

Do you offer any other colours?

We are a very small business and currently only offer one colour way. We do hope to indroduce more colours and designs as we expand our business.

How can I raise a complaint?

We hope you never have to but in the unfortunate event that something has gone wrong, please use the contact page.

 

What are your response times?

We are a very small business. We aim to respond to all enquires within 72 hours however, this may not always be possible so please bare with us if we are taking a little longer.

 

What is included in the 'We brought a house' planner?

I made a mistake on my order, how can I correct?
