Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Delivery options

Royal Mail tracked 48 is the only service we currently provide. This costs £4 regardless of how many items you order and is payable on check out. 

We only ship within the UK as it stands but we are looking to expand to internatinal shipping as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy 

We operate a 28 day return policy where by you can return your item within 28 days of reciept for a full refund minus any delivery charges, providing items are unused and still in as new condition. 

Unfortunately as we are such a small business, return shipping costs will not be covered at this time and it would be your own responsibility to cover these costs. We would reccomend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your return. 

Once items are recieved by us we will inspect and process the refund within 14 days. 

If there are any issues with your refund we will contact you personally. 

If you wish to return an item please email us on [email protected] for instructions on how to do so. 

In the unfortunate event that your item is  damaged in transit, please contact us immediatly following delivery, with images of the damage, to arrange a replacement.  

If your order is lost or never arrives please contact us after 7 days of expected delivery date so that we can raise this with our delivery provider and agree a solution.

 

Exclusions

We remain the right to refuse any refund based on the exclusions listed below.

a) The item/s have not been purchased directly through our website;

b) The item/s arrive to us inproperly packaged;

c) The item/s arrive to us damaged or faulty unless already specified to us prior to return;

d) The item/s are not returned to us in full;

e) The item/s are not returned as new;

f) The item/s are not returned within the required 28 day timeframe;

g) Faulty item/s are not reported within 24 hours of reciept;

and

h) If it is deemed the item/s have been purchased for any illagitimate purposes.

 

We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the process of being returned to us.
